FOR BOOKINGS

To confirm the package only 50 percent of thetotal tour package cost must deposited in Our Company Account online or withscreenshot  After receiving the payment a booking voucher will be issuedto you who ensure the Hotel Cab Volvo and other services and must be carriedalong during your Journey The Remaining 50 percent of the Payment will becollected before check in to the hotel

ADVANCE AND POSTPONE

For postpone and Advance oftour packages please inform us in written and 7 days prior to the tourdate  INR 3000 will be charged extra for Advance and postpone

AMENDMENTS and CANCELLATIONS

 If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his andher booking because of whatsoever reasons including death accident illness orany other personal reasons including non payment of the balance payment theCompany is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client Allcancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is nonrefundable The Company posses full right to Change the Package Costing due toIncrement in Tariff and Taxes of Hotels Transportation or any other services
